Since Maine Assessment & Appraisal Services Inc. began in 2003, we’ve provided our services to a variety of municipalities throughout Maine. On every project we undertake, our most important objective is to bring fair and equitable assessments to their community.  Throughout that process we put emphasis on educating and building trust with the residents of those communities.
