Detroit Revaluation Project 2022-2023

As of October 6th 2022, we have began the process of discover for the Detroit Revaluation Project and will finish up in the summer of 2023.

This process involves our Property Appraisers visiting each and every map and lot. Our employees will measure and value all dwellings and outbuildings on the premise and take a photo of the main buildings for our tax records.  If someone is available we will ask to do in interior inspection. If no-one is home, we will leave our contact information, measure and do an estimate of valuation.
